	Lower Rear engine mount
	VFA05-01 MSRP: US$ 120.00 Fits The Following Cars: Focus 2.0 Zetec, 2.0/2.3 Duratec Focus SVT Fitting Overview Specifications: • Direct replacement part • Precision manufactured • Large bush is cup shaped underneath to sit snugly in subframe • Constructed from CNC machined billet aluminum • Sealed surface "cast look" finish Description: The Ford factory rear engine mount was designed as a soft mount flexible mount, to provide a comfortable drive. It's drawback was the relatively large amount of engine movement it allowed under torque load and on hard acceleration. Engine movement of the decreases stability under high performance driving conditions and rapid gear selection. To reduce this movement VF-Engineering engineered a complete bespoke replacement fitted with specially shaped molded, high durometer polyurethane inserts. The mount body is machined from billet aircraft grade aluminum, being almost twice as strong than the OE cast material. Fitting should take no more than 10-15 minutes. This high performance mount provides a difference in the stability of the car when accelerating and braking hard. Gear changing under hard acceleration is also enhanced.
